Corsair just released it's XMS3000 CAS 2 and XMS3200 CAS 2.5 memory modules @ 512 Mb :yeah: This stuff is aimed at the extreme overclockers and gamers that are looking for every last bit of performance. Apperantly it's guaranteed to 370Mhz DDR speed.

It's nice to see some makers packaging the heat spreaders with the memory. I just purchased the same speaders for my 512Mb Samsung 2700 DDR modules.
