I had a set of PC audio speakers with sub, my first purchase of that kind, they are pretty old, had been laying in the garage floor in a box, so I was gonna recycle them. I realized one of the speakers could be plugged directly in an 1/8" audio plug, and hey, it had sound. I said hmmm, maybe I will bring in another 1/8 stereo cable and test the whole thing before I threw it in the elecronics recycle box. Son of a gun, the thing worked! I know when I pulled it out it was not working, go figure right?
So, I cleaned them up a little, and put them back in the box to bring home for a spare set of PC audio speakers, can't throw away if good right? LOL.
I know they are older than 10 years old, due to the nicotine on them. Well, I cleaned some of that up. I have to look at the brand again.
