    ...unable to open a file.

    Adobe 6.0.2 and 6.0.3 are installed.

    Several items in Documents will not open.

    The box to open/save/close, pops up but nothing happens when clicked on.

    ....thanks for any suggestions.

      What kind of documents? PDFs?

      If you double click them from within Explorer, do they open then?

      You might try reinstalling Adobe and see if that helps.

      Is it just those documents or will none open?

          My wife and I both thank you for your help. We went into Adobe Reader to open the documents.

          She also reminds me it was her that figured it out....not me. :W
