    Sony HS-10 up and running

    Well...
    finally it's up and running...

    arty:

    watched a couple of movies...
    and the picture is nice...
    the Halo C-1 kind of distracts with the small TFT display...^^;;

    Anyway...
I'll put a small website up once everything is put together...
waiting for side and rear speaker stands....

            Hi George
the C-1 is the new Parasound Pre/Pro
still learning on how to use it o_O

            the HS-10 is really nice....
Black Levels are fine....not the best..but it's an LCD so...
Screen Door....not really a problem here
Noise...not too bad either....we usually listen at levels that are not affected by the Pj. ^_^;; at least during the day...

            Colors are impressive....
I'm just waiting to get the component cables I ordered from CatCables.

            and I'll post another update...

            DVD : Denon DVD-5000
            LD : Pioneer CLD-D704
            optical from DVD to C!
            optical from LD to C1
Monitor Audio Silver line from C-1 to Amp
Oyade 11Ga quad wire from amp to speakers
Screen : Kikuchi 0.9 Gain , grey mat finish. (amazing with colors)

                      Update....

I installed the Surrounds (just the two MPS 2525)
Calibrated everything and played my THX Demo DVD...

the Pod Race from SW EpI ....@-10dB
I was actually sitting in one of the pods...I think...
at least it sounded like it

                      AH!
the picture was great ...the HS-10 does a really good job
