Where's the best place (price point, service, shipping, etc) to pick up a copy of the Avia disc to calibrate my TV's?

Try http://www.dvdpricesearch.com/ then put in Avia for the search and click on the Avia guide to home theater, it'll list the best prices (normally).Digital Audio makes me Happy.

1. Have 5 speakers. I know some don't but if you want the full HT exeperience get those speakers.
