How does one change from Jr Member to Member to Sr Member?

Some of you may have noticed some new user titles. Senior member of course is a fairly low total and has always been here. At 1000 posts now, you become a Super Senior Member. At 3000 posts, I think it is, you become an Ultra Senior Member. I haven't went further than that yet, but we might. :-)... -

Ok, we know we have spammers galore in the member ranks, and we will probably prune those out soon, it will probably take out 10%, so we will go from 20K back to 18K if we do it all at once. I am inclined to do that. But it would be fun to celebrate 20K first! :-)
