Just Go With It is ...

... a predictable but amusing romantic comedy starry Adam Sandler, and Jennifer Aniston. Sandler is a plastic surgeon who needs his secretary (Aniston) to pretend she is his wife to help him overcome some problems he is having with a new love. They all end up in Hawaii and the predictable happens by the time the film ends. But there are some very funny moments and one scene in particular made it well worth a watch. The scene I'm referring to involves Aniston and Nicole Kidman ( in a smallish cameo role ) as they square off in a Hula dance competition. Very yummy.

A decent rental to help kill a little time.

Yeah it was actually a bit better then I expected and definitely a few good laughs.

I actually thought it was one of his better movies. To be honest, I liked it up until about the end. Then when the music starts, you can tell it's going to have a cheesy Adam Sandler ending. I think, had I watched the movie and ended it 20 minutes prior to the ending, I would have liked the movie even more. Adam Sandler movies always have the same kind of ending, you know.
Aside from that, it was a very funny movie. Definitely worth a watch.

I'm not an Adam Sandler fan and have seen only a few of his movies so I can't comment on whether or not his films end the same. On the other hand, because they are the kind of films I can enjoy with my wife, I tend to see a lot of romantic comedies and they do tend to have predictable endings. Just Go With It was certainly no exception. Still it is sometimes worth a watch to see how they get to these predictable endings.

Oh, yes. A 43 year old Jennifer in a bikini is something to behold in HD. :T
