This is your typical, predictable, girl meets man, girls loses man, girl gets man film. It stars Jennifer Lopez and Alex O'Loughlin. Everyone knows Jennifer , but Alex wasn't known to me until I caught some tv promos for the new Hawaii Five 0. He portrays the Steve Garret character. Anyway, as cute and as appealing as Jennifer is, she couldn't save this one. I found the characters and the story both pretty thin. On the other hand, most women will probably eat this up and drool over O'Loughlin's abs.
All you fellas out there that tolerate romantic comedies for the sake of their significant others, rent this one at your own peril. And if you hope to see a lot of the famous Lopez ass, well, you'll be a bit disappointed there, too.
