The director couldn't decide whether he wanted an action flick with Gerard Butler playing an ex-cop turned bounty hunter who helps solve a crime, or a romantic comedy with Gerard Butler playing an ex-cop turned bounty hunter who has to rundown and catch his ex-wife ( Jennifer Aniston ) who missed a court date and jumped bail. Either idea on its own may have made a decent flick, but trying to combine both just really failed. At just under 2 hours, I found it a bit long, but for some this would probably make for a decent rental, and Jennifer is easy on the eyes.
On the other hand, I was dismayed to see what Jen had done to her face. What's with those puffy cheeks that make her eyes look squinty ? Guess she looked in the mirror and saw a line or two and hurried off to see Dr. Botox.
Got through this one, but wouldn't watch it again.
