Bride and Prejudice

Done by the same folks as Bend it Like Bekham. As you can imagine the story is not likely to win any Oscars but it's entertaining and doesn't take itself to seriously. All in all an entertaining couple of hours

The PQ and SQ are both quite good, lot's of colourful costumes and scenery and full of pounding indian and "western" music. I was actually surprised how much my subwoofer ended up working for a decidely non-action movie! :T

Now the best part It's absolutely chockablockfull of gorgeous Indian women!!! :E :P :lol:

If you can deal with the musical numbers ( a little bit overdone) then, this is a pretty entertaining flick.

It is amazing how many time this theme can be remade and remade. The latest version of Jane Austen's original Pride and Prejudice comes out today.
