    Cabin Fever

    Rented it.

    What a cornball movie! :roflmao:

The gore is so fake its downright hilarious. Has the prerequisite naked chick along with guns. I thought the actors were well chosen, and some scenes had me laughing, especially the ending. This was one of those movies where at the end you wonder how this was ever produced and distributed to the masses. What executive authorized it's production?

I think my exact words were, "What the $#@&"?!
Worth a rent for a good laugh I guess...

    :2: out of :5:

I thought it was hilarious. I really enjoyed this movie.

Granted, I have a feeling the Director and Producer had no idea they were creating a "Horror"/Comedy, but I laughed a lot and found it hilariously shlocky.

It was all quite intentional from what I've read. Oh I'd personally give Cabin Fever a solid 3.5 out of 5. It was good fun.

            Lions Gate picks their winners.
This was a Toronto Film Festival favorite and was well endorsed by Peter Jackson. The schlocky 80's feel was intentional due to the director's early influences.

Hmm, let's see, according to Boxoffice Mojo:

            Production Budget: $1.5 million
            Est. Marketing Costs: $12 million

            Domestic Total Gross: $21,158,188

            Worldwide: $30,553,394
            Opening Weekend: $8,633,585

I'd say that executive probably got a promotion :B
Sell crazy someplace else, we're all stocked up here.

Oh really? I didn't know that. I guess I should check out the Bonus Features or do some research, because I didn't know it was intentional

But it was a fun movie.

                WOW!
I didn't know it did that well!

It was entertaining I guess (loved the old store keeper).
Just a little to corny for me though... :

When you get a 200% return on your investment (counting marketing) your company will do good things for you. :yesnod:
