I plan to see this. I still expect some dissapointment because part of me still can't accept Matt Damon as an killer.
I do expect to be entertained though. -
Damon really impressed me with his performance last time. Let's hope he doesn't dissapoint this time.

You betcha! This is one of my more hoped-for films of the summer. I enjoyed the Bourne Identity a great deal - especially Matt Damon's performance - and I hope the sequel does it justice. As they've brought back most of the original (surviving :B) cast, it should have good continuity.
Here's hoping. . . ..

It certainly looks it. But I'm attracted to the Bourne films because of the European locales, compact story, and swift action. I'm not a book fan, but I believe Bourne is supposed to be a trilogy.Originally posted by Andrew PrattComment

There's a two-disc DVD edition of the first movie is coming out, of course to coincide with the new film. As with most such DVDs these days, it contains a free pass to the new flick.Comment

Matt Damon as an action hero ? I never thought so until I watched him in Bourne Idenity. It's about a spy out in the cold who has lost his memory but not his instincts for survival as those who employed him now want him dead.

I thought "The Bourne Identity" was okay, not as good as I'd hoped, but not horrible, just didn't have enough bite to it. Matt Damon is okay as Jason Bourne.
