    Bad Company - a review

Bad Company is a funny movie. Unfortunately, given the dramatic seriousness of the subject material, the 2 forms of entertainment don't quite mesh as well.

But, if you just sit back, and realize that you shouldn't care about the seriousness part, and just have a good time watching Chris Rock get in and out of trouble, and giving his account of the situation, then you might find it enjoyable enough for a matinee.

I did enjoy it with Chris Rock unloads on Principal Jackass from the "Ed" TV show, that was entertaining.

As a film, it's pretty substandard even for that genre, but I still laughed at many bits in the film.

I give it 2.5 stars, or a grade of C+.

Am I a Jackass. Totally OT
    by Energeezer
Took my daughter swimming at my dads swimming pool which is just outside town.
In the spirit of that classic flick Jackass this 40 year old decieded to perform a front flip to show off to my 7 year old.
As I left the board I heard a crack and felt a sharp pain in the back of my leg from...

Why Rock only lasted 6 years
    by Bob
Due to the idiotic racial segregation and bigotry of the 50's, and due to the fact that a lot of the great rockers were (gasp) black, rock n' roll reached a very small portion of the white audience at first. Fortunatly, along came the innocent looking geeky Texan by the name of Buddy Holly, who created...

    Rock speakers V's Classical speaker

Hi all, I am seeking an explanation of what exactly makes a speaker a
good speaker for classical music, compared with a speaker that is good with
    rock music.

Eg are particular brands designed only for classical music and others only
    for rock music?

Rock Of Ages great for the 80s folk
    by George Bellefontaine
If rock and roll from the eighties was your particular era, you will probably already have seen Rock Of Ages, so I won't bother with the story line. The 40s/50s was more my era, but I had three sons who were so into rock and roll ( and the 80s was their era ) that I sometimes ran from the house screaming....

    Rock N Roll Speakers?
    by Opus007
Just wondering which B&W speakers you own or have owned that you consider the best for rock.I own the 683's and a lot has been been posted about them not being very good speakers to which I totally disagree. They are very revealing and do exceptionally well for jazz and classical music. And also do...
