Yeah, this decade's version of Kindergarten Cop. I wasn't that crazy about Ahnuld's version. Hopefully, this'll be better.

Yeah, I thought the same thing. But hell, a majority today's movies out there, are re-hashed, re-writes ....of something else. Hollywood is allergic to original, creative scripts. It's no seceret the Studios are formulatic in their approach to making movies.

Nonetheless, this could be a fun movie.

Saw the trailer for this at the Bourne Supremacy and it looked like a rental at best. Will definitely wait for other people to blow $8 hard earned bucks before I will. Usually you put the funny moments in the trailer (some comedies have all the funny moments in the trailer and the rest is a dud). This movie had one moment that made me chuckle and everything else fell flat. The silence from the audience was deafening....not a good sign.

I laughed pretty hard as did the audience when we all saw the trailer for this.

I do plan to see this. I'm hoping to be surprised.

Looks like Vin and his agent have opted to avoid a typcast situation to me. Between this movie and Ice Cubes "Are we there yet" it appears some of the more adult type actors are trying to broaden their appeal. I don't have a problem with it, just an observation.

I'll probably catch them both on DVD as my children already want to see Are we there yet.

I'll rent the dvd and hope for the best. Super-serious Vin doing comedy could be hilarious.

The movie is not great but it is a hoot at times. Not really worth owning but worth a rent atleast.

I give it a mediocre 5 out of 10.
