    No sound - Onkyo TX-NR receiver

    Help!!! Lost sound, no sound through the headphones too. At first the speakers were crackling and whistling, then everything is dead. Video is working fine. How can I fix it without any service?

      Which model TX-NR series is it?

      Maybe try a factory reset, though if it was crackling before, it may be a hardware fault. How old is it, is it still under warranty?
