I have connected my RSX-1067 to my pc and after I click connect in the download software, turn on my unit, I receive the "will you download new program?" question and try to enter the number 1 from my keyboard and nothing happens. Help?
Downloading Rotel software-can't enter number 1 to indicate Yes to download

Are you using the Rotel programming cable or did you make your own? One way communication is a good sign of the pin-out being wrong (TX from PC not connected right).
If you are using the Rotel cable, are you using a USB adapter to get the serial port? You may need a different adapter. I've seen some partially work before.
