The APC H15 is the same model as the Rotel RLC1040. Everything is the same except for the front cover. You can order the APC H15 in silver or black. Check E-Bay for great prices on it.Comment

Hopefully a quick question for everybody: I've read here and in other forums that the new RLC-1040 power conditioner/regulator is "based on" the APC H15.
Does anyone know for sure if these two are literally EXACTLY the same on the inside, just that the RLC-1040 has a different... -
