    rsx - 1057 question

hello fellow rotel owners :-) wish i stumbled upon this forum 2 years ago..

I have a PS3 running HDMI into my rotel than out to my TV (57' mits DLP). Does the Rotel pass through the full video spectrum to include super white/ super black (values from 0-255, rather than 16-235) been trying to calibrate my TV and just cant get that black looking right..

and any tweeks in the rotel set up for video output.. i think i have them set to progressive is this right for my type of set up??

    Thanks
    David

The RSX-1057 is just an HDMI switch so it won't do anything to the video signal. It passes it unprocessed. The progressive mode is for the component video only and has no effect on the HDMI at all.
