My new living room 2ch system!!

Well finally I have added a 2ch system for my upstairs living room!

The system consist of:

Rotel RCD-991 CD player
Rotel RA-972 integrated amp
(edit)Energy C-3(edit)

all used near mint condition!

what do you think?

Sounds like a great 2 channel system. I've been thinking about the same thing as well. How much do you figure you saved by going second hand?
Also, how do you like the totem speakers? How's the bass that comes from them? Would you need a sub for different types of music or do they sound adequate already?
I listened to some totem speakers at a local dealer and while the music did not have any deep bass passages in it (so I could not evaluate the bass) the totems sounded amazing in the mid and high frequencies - very very detailed.

speakers are Energy C-3...for the momment...a friens of mine will "lend" them to me for a while...with the house...budget restrictions needed!!

I don't have the CD and integrated yet!!...will have CD Friday and Integrated next week probably!!

The C-3's are pretty nice. If you really like them, most stores are blowing them out right now. They're pretty easy to find for about half their original cost.

At $250 USD, they're a bargain.
