Recommended Rotel Store in Melbourne?

I'm trying to find out the opinions of the Melbourne/Australia members about their experiences with Rotel dealers, both pricewise and level of customer support. To put simply, who will not rip you off and/or charge you a fortune.

I'm actually interested in buying an RMB-1095 (I have heard all pros and cons, and will take a dive), one guy (that I did NOT like one bit) actually told me that they solved the humming problem in 1095 by clipping off the earth pin ( 8O :wtf: ).
Let me just say that i walked out of the shop straight away. I mean, house burns down, you think insurance will cover me after firebrigade tells them that i run 1kW+ appliance with no earth? (not saying will happen, probably not even remote chance, but...)

As already mentioned by other member, i absolutely love the internet, so many people sharing opinions, helping eachother.... Also, the people like Andrew Pratt ;x( and Aussie Geoff ;x( (local boy, absolutely marvelous for that reason, never gave short answer on PM!) for all the effort!

I'm from Melbourne. Klapp and Frankston hi-fi were both very good with discussions I had with them about Rotel and pricing. I wouldn't go near E-Home or Encel.
