hi,

i tested the lantronix unit and after 30hrs it works. i had problems with xp and settings of the unit. the other problem was the unstable rotredirektor software under xp. win2k all versions from simons software are working without problems.

tonight, i test first firmwareupdate over ethernet.
if this is possible, i try firmwareupgrade direct from the internet. i mean the file located in the internet.

after setting up vpn-tunneling @home, it could be possible to control the 1055 over internet. reasons for this feature: none )))


hey, whats about the webserver? am i the only, who is interested in this product??? i dunno belive...
