Message from Mike Bartlett, Rotel's Vice President

Forbes Magazine has reported that the HT Guide Rotel Forum
is one of the most informative and widely read. On behalf of
Rotel's Executive Vice President Bob Tachikawa, Rob Sinclair
Europe and myself we thank you for your interest and loyalty
    to Rotel.

All the moans and groans all the wow-that's-great and Oh I
wish they had..... we take in our stride. Our company is for
the people by the people we do listen however it takes six
to twelve months to address problems or new ideas. Dave
Baker in the USA is a driving force to make new models,
Robert Burn in UK has been trying for more than 20 years to
keep the sound good or maybe better. When customers have
problems it's often Mike Sheehan who tries to remedy what's
wrong, treat him well please he's very much on your side.

Rotel is really a very modest enthusiast company started 44
years ago and still privately owned. The B&W Group manages
the marketing and sales in 3/4 of the world and their ideals
and goals match Rotel, Better Sound.

This website wouldn't be so active if we didn't care just a
little bit. I know we make mistakes but fundamentally our
aim is to provide good sounding products for everyone to
    enjoy.

Thank you for your support and we will continue to try and
    uphold your faith in us.

    Mike Bartlett
    Vice President

yeah, good on you Andrew...in fact all you guys were there for me when I had ROTEL questions, and who knows I may end up back with ROTEL gear one day seeing as there is always new stuff coming out. I still keep an eye on this forum, as the cool news is always out here FIRST! Thanks to all :T

Thank you Andrew for sharing Mike's thoughts with the rest of the group. It is this sort of exchange that makes this and other forums so informative. The enthusiasm shared among the group and recognized by Mike is great to hear. Thanks again.

Compliments on both Rotel and its hard working dedicated people and to Andrew. :T This compliment from both Forbes Magazine and Mike Bartlett are well deserved.

For me, I would like to give a special compliment to Shane Kea, who gave me the past few weeks a lot of support in my investigation for possible modifications on my Rotel CD player. :T

I also would like to make a special plug for Shane Kea. He has been awesome to work with and extremely helpful to me in the past. Shane, if you're ever in Minneapolis, beers are on me!!
