Sexy. Almost looks like it's covered in black rubber, ala Batman style.

LOL - I have 7 different types of disc players in my equipment rack today. (8 if you count the double drives in my HTPC, which I really only count as one) This includes the high-end $3k Parasound Halo CD 1 player. Parasound gets the question all the time-- "why in today's digital world would you make a high-end CD player?" The answer always is, "the XXXX thousand of CD's in my rack haven't stopped working yet".

Well, we're safe for now. Thank goodness we're in a bowling alley.

Nice! And to think I still listen to CD's and records. I must be getting old.

This is a repeat of sorts, because I had this setup working years and years ago when I lived in Livermore, for my bedroom system- and now I wanted to set this up again. Of course, you can never go home, and sometimes things quite working... like the iPad 1 I used in it!

Back to the Future Day - October 21st, 2015!
            by Chris D
If you recall, in BTTF 2, the gang goes forward into the future. Well, from 1985 they travel 30 years in the future, and the day they arrive is October 21st, 2015.

We are upon that day! Of course, one could reflect upon everything that's depicted in the BTTF...

            by JonMarsh
Well, it's a bit after 9 AM, I've rebooted and rescanned the USB library on my AURALiC Aries streamer (added more "Christmas" albums, of course), and we've probably got enough music queued up to last till evening. Certainly will get us through the rest of preparing Christmas dinner and dinner...

Unibox and general sub design question.
            by CJ Paul
I was posting on another forum about porting my current sub just to play around and learn because the sub box will be tossed in the next six months when I move and the driver either get sold, given away to my brother (if I'm really nice) or used in the IB. Any way, I was introduced to Unibox and spent...
