I just took back at Musical Fidelity Tri-Vista DAC.
I was so unimpressed with it, it's amazing. I was using it with a Rotel RCD-1070 transport and I could hear practically no difference at all. I have read all the reviews and sadly that was the reason why I bought it in the first place... -
I’m considering buying an outboard DAC to help me achieve audio nirvana. A search of this forum reveals that the Benchmark DAC1 is by far the most frequently mentioned device. The two comments I remember most are “huge improvement” and “didn’t notice much difference”.

I'm looking to add a DAc to my system. While I use it for HT, I also like to do two channel when listing to music. Was thinking of adding the new Musical Fidelity KW DAC. Has anyone out there used this DAC yet or have other suggetions?
