My six channel B&K St-140

Once I heard this amp about fifteen years ago I couldn't get enough.I used it with a pair of Spica TC-50's.They image unreal.Once Hometheater started I picked up a couple more because six channel amps or any multi-channel amp were hard to find.

I know they are only 100wpc but the sound with my Paradigm Mini MK3's is fantastic.I might upgrade some day.

I used to own a st-140 2 channel amp. I loved that amp.

They have a great sound to them.When you cross out the bass from 100hz and below they open up and the midrange sounds great.They are biased kind of high so they get real hot and heatting my videoroom in the winter is no problem at all.

Plus I like to see the old days all stacked up in that rack.There is something to be said for the old days.

I would like to use one amp per speaker and get into a nice three way design for the LCR.
