Where are Halo's built?

I see that Parasound is a San Francisco based company, but where are their components built? In the US, or overseas?

I'm particularly interested in the Halo C2 and Halo A52.

A San Francisco based company that is designed in Finland in conjunction with a company called Flextronics, and then assembled in Taiwan, if memory serves.
