HELP: How do I force a reboot?

I'm not getting any audio from the front left channel. Something isn't right and I thought I'd force a hard reboot before I call tech support.

As far as I know you just unplug the unit for about 2 or 3 minutes.

Turns out, it wasn't the C1. The speaker has gone out. Good thing it's under warranty for the next 9.5 years :P.

The speaker's under warranty for that long, or the Parasound?

Sucks about the speaker. I know I wouldn't want to be in customer support for companies. I'm sure people call up sometimes outraged that a unit malfunctioned and then find out later it's really some other part from another company that screwed up.

Well, we're safe for now. Thank goodness we're in a bowling alley.

It's for the speakers. M&K's come with a ten year warranty!

For my M&K's the speakers have a 10 year warranty, but only 5 years for the built-in amps.
