    A21 Imaging?

I have an A21 Halo and it seems like the imaging is always coming from the right center not fully centered. I tried to make adjustments to the gain knobs and levels in my amp but it seems the right channel is louder.

After the Amp has been on for about 30 minutes, it seems to warm up and sound fuller and the imaging sounds slightly more centered.

holy cow!!!! I had the same issue with my original A21. I thought I was going nuts an imaging things. I constantly had to adjust the gain knobs as well. I tried switching the input cables around and the sound was always louder on the right. For me the problem was even worse than you. The soundstage would just wander around all over the place. One day after adjusting the gain so that the soundstage was centered, it would again be off center requiring me to adjust it some more. I only finally got resolution getting a new A21 from Parasound under warranty.

I called Parasound and Got a RA number, I spoke to a tech named tony about the problem i was having, he told me the warm-up time for the A21 is normal for it to get it's full bias but the Imaging problem should be checked out, luckily I live all of ten minutes from Parasound so no shipment charges, but it's still one heavy amp to lug around and it's going to suck going without my two channel for a while.

I am a longtime lurker on this forum but now I have a couple of questions. I am the happy owner of a C1, A51, and A21. Originally I had them set up for a 7.1 system, but recently I have experimented with keeping the C1/A51 in a 5.1 system (partly for the negative WAF of the two "extra" speakers...

            Imaging

Imaging refers to the ability of a speaker system to create a realistic and accurate soundstage, where the listener perceives the sound originating from specific locations within the listening environment. It is a crucial aspect of audio reproduction that aims to replicate the spatial qualities of the original sound source. Good imaging is essential for providing a sense of depth, width, and height to the audio presentation. When a speaker system has excellent imaging, it can...

I've been enjoying my A21 tremendously for 2 channel music for the past couple of months until now.....

I've suddenly begun to notice that the output from the right channel is significantly lower than the left. When the amp is first turned on and music played, the right channel is significantly...

Peter i have a question I turned my gain all the way to the left where before it was all the way clock wise on my JC2. My A21 was wide open to. So needless to say when listening to CD at 0900 on the JC2 volume knob it would scream but I turned my gain on my JC2 all the way off counter clock wise and...
