Heya, rx2, haven't seen you around the Club before, so welcome to Club Parasound! I'm not familiar with the "a" vs the "at". Perhaps one is a "universal" model, with an automatic power supply source of 110-220V? I've seen this in many other models. Good amp? It's a GREAT amp. Classic Parasound amps are regarded as some of the longest-lasting quality amps on the market. As for a value, perhaps somebody else knows of a good source for rating used values. In general, you'll find that the new Halo models are more "high end" with refined, clean power. But you really can't go wrong with classic P-sound models.
