Has anyone installed the AM-1? The process looks very straightforward however I can't figure out the small plastic bracket as it does not have a full cut away. The main metal bracket that attaches to the speaker has a cut away on each side to route the speaker cable however the diagram shows that this plastic bracket should slide over the back plate. Does this need to be cut to make space for the wire?

We just ordered some 685 speakers and they have a small metal rectangle in the back with a half circle cut out for hanging them. We'd like to hang them in the back corners of the room pointed diagnally. Are there any good brackets/hooks for hanging these so that we could potentially... -

Well, I'm off to a bad start with highly anticipated 1066, can't get past the 'status menu' in installation. It states that I need to push the 'ent'-button (enter) but all that happens when I push that button is the message 'EQ cinema on'. When I push it again it says 'EQ cinema off'....
