    FST shipping screw

I am looking at moving a pair of 804's. I don't have the shipping screws that the dealer removed from the FST drivers when they were delivered. Do they need to be replaced when shipped, or are they just a one time removal?

    Cheers,
    Bruce

They should be replaced as they lock the FST in place from excess movement.

URGENT HELP: Demounting the FST at HTM1D!
      by Deaftone
I did recently buy a 2 yrs old HTM1D to my 800-series setup. It's a great speaker and the sound of it is brilliant!

Yesterday I decided to tighten the diamond tweeter house on top of the Marlan head, this because it was very loose compared to the tweeter house on top of my 802D's. I know...

How is the 804D's FST mounted?
      by William
I see the tension screw on the back. Is the FST mounted inside an enclosure similar to the Marin head on the 802's and up. Or is it mounted on the matrix frame? If it's on the matrix how does the tension screw attach and fasten the FST?
