    Mini Zepplin not working as iPhone dock to iTunes

    Hi All
    I am looking for some help...
    I bought a mini Zepplin last week, but I can't seem to get it to work as an iPhone dock to sync with iTunes. When my iPhone 3gs is docked on the mini Zepplin which is connected to my Windows 7 64bit computer via USB the computer doesn't see the iPhone. I put the mini Zepplin in standby like the instructions say, but nothing. I can play music from the computer via the USB, but as mentioned the computer does not detect the iPhone.

    Both the software on my iPhone and the B&W are the most up to date FYI.

    Does anybody have any ideas of how to resolve this? I've emailed B&W but unfortunately no reply

      First of all, welcome to the forum!

      Sorry to hear of your problem. I would call B&W directly. If you do not get someone immediately, you can leave a message. My experience with them has been pretty positive.

          Thanks for the advice. I called them and whilst I was on the phone to them I was able to get it to work.
