    Dm600 S3

Hello all thats for being here. I got a set of Dm600 S3 from someone because they didnt work.... a barely perceptable sound comes from one of the tweeters.

So I looked inside and all is well. the look great except for a cuple of components on the crossover board at the bottoms.... the coils are clean and fine but a couple of the blocks are fried... the white and yellow blocks...

Is it better to replace the both crossovers and if so how much do you all think it would be and can i do it myself? I have moderate tech and soldering capabilities.... not brilliant.

Or should I have the components themselves replaced on each of the crossovers??

    Thank you all ;x(

Looking for input: Crossover /w adjustable A/B components
    by technodanvan
I'm looking for some input on an idea that I wanted to bounce off the smart guys here.

Whenever I read some of the ideas and opinions behind choices in crossover components and heck, even whole speaker and amplifier differences I'm exposed to descriptions that have no definition in my head....

    DS6/DM600 as rear surrounds?
    by BlazeMaster
As title says it all, which should I go with to use as rear surrounds? I have the Denon 2805 which is compatible with DPLIIx and will be using the DS6 as side surrounds for sure at about 2 feet above ear level when sitting down. The saving of $$ by going to DM600 can apply to my upgrade of fronts...

I built new crossovers for Matrix 802
    by Graham
I've just rebuilt the crossovers and rewired some Matrix 802s3 speakers. They sound clearer and more dynamic now, although my main reason for doing it was that the original crossovers were built in 1993 and so were probably getting a bit old. Also some of the original components and wiring really wasn't...

Expensive Crossover Components - Worth it?
    by chasw98
JonW and I have been looking into a variety of crossover components available and have found that you can spend as much as you want or as little as you want on them. I have seen people recommend using brass (non ferrous metal) screws and rings to attach leads to so that the connections will not act...

    DM600's and sub crossover settings
    by opt-e
Hi, I recently purchased a HSU STF-2 subwoofer to go with my stereo bedroom system comprised of a Rotel RA-01 amp and DM600 S3 bookshelf speakers. I'm wondering if you guys have any advise as to what to set the sub's crossover to.

B&W has the following specs for my 600's:
