In their recommended components, Stereophile lists the 802D as Class "A" and they are significantly less expensive than any other Class "A" speaker but the more expensive Revel gets the $$$ symbol for a best value, not the 802D. Odd.

There would be a range within Class A products, so it could be a bit more expensive but alot better. Although I do believe they now have an A plus level as well, if I am not mistaken. Or it could be an omission.
Maybe Kal can answer this, assuming he is still lurking around the forum.Mac 8gb SSD Audirvana ->Weiss INT202 firewire interface ->Naim DAC & XPS2 DR->Conrad Johnson CT5 & LP70S-> Vivid B1s. Nordost Valhalla cables & resonance management. (Still waiting for Paul Hynes PS:M)

Anyone see the latest "Stereophile Guide To Home Theater"? The October 2003 issue has a review of the fully upgraded Integra Research RDC-7, a follow-up review by the same critic who raved about it in the February 2001 issue. (That review persuaded me to track one down for an audition.)...11 September 2003, 17:42 Thursday -
by JonMarshYou rarely see any write ups about the TotalDAC series in the USA, mainly because of their nearly non-existent distribution in the USA. It is possible to arrange for an audition in the Dallas area, but you can hardly say that TotalDAC is taking the US by storm....
