685/686 rears with 603 fronts?

I was in the process of acquiring the DM601 surrounds to go with my 603 fronts but now I understand that BnW has new version of the 600 series. Please advice whther I should go with my initial idea or it might be worth to get the new rears. Another idea would be to try to trade-in my 603 for the 684 fronts - is this a smart idea?

Hi there, the best way to do it is to demo the new series at your dealer. Listen to them then decide if you like the way they sounds so that you won't regret making the wrong decisions.
There should be improvements in the new 600 series but i've read that a few negative opinion about it.
