Facing the front of the tweeter, rotate the metal rod that's sticking out the back of the tweeter in the counter clock wise direction. It should not require that much force to rotate the rod. Once the rod is loose, push the rod towards the tweeter and the tweeter should move. You can now carefully pull the tweeter out but it will not come out all the way since there are two wires connected to the tweeter. Remove the wires by pulling/rocking the connectors. Don't pull the wires to remove it. Note that one wire is red and it must connect back to the same location on the tweeter.
It should take about 5 minutes to do.

      Good luck.

I discovered that the three screws are used to hold the dome to the magnet.

How to replace a dented B&W CM-4 speaker tweeter diaphragm
            by bnieman
I just replaced my CM-4 tweeter diaphragm and thought others may benefit from my experience.

Here are my modified directions from Eric at B&W on how to disassemble the tweeter:

            1. Remove grille, remove the 6 silver posts that the grill attaches too. Simply unscrew these...

In the thread 'How to replace tweeters on Nautilus and Signature speakers' DM3000 Owner answered my question about replacing tweeters on the Matrix 801 S3 (and S2) as follows:
            "I did a Matrix tweeter.
You can do it two ways. Both require removing the tweeter housing.

This seems ot get asked a lot. It is very easy to do.

Step one, call B&W and order a new tweeter. You will probably have to leave a message. Call back if you do not hear beack in about one week. Specify if you have a Nautilus or Signature speaker.

            Natalie p tweeter
            by Jono_p33
this may seem a very basic question, I am just about to finish my Natalie p build but was wondering about the wires to the tweeter. I have the backing plates in to isolate the tweeter from the pressure wave, but do I just drill a hole through them to pass the wires through and leave it open or am I...

Open baffle speaker plans - how to remove the Neo3 PDR's enclosure?
            by fjhuerta
            Hi all!

I'm trying to think of a good application for the Neo3. As many of you know, I've tried measuring the thing, and the results were a disaster. I know this tweeter can sound very good, but I can't really make it work to my liking. I suppose I'm crossing it over too low (2 KHz)....
