I have a pair of B+W Matrix 802 Series3 speaker which are powered by Rotel RSP-1068 pre-amp and Rotel RB-1080 2ch power amp, I'm concidering upgrading the speaker cable (2x4m Bi-Wire) and was hoping someme could guide me in the right direction. I presuming quite a few of you have similar equipment, and I thought someone out there might have looked quite deeply into this, silver or copper, solid core or otherwise etc. Administrator......Although this is a speaker cable question I posted it here as it is specifically B+W speaker related.

I've just rebuilt the crossovers and rewired some Matrix 802s3 speakers. They sound clearer and more dynamic now, although my main reason for doing it was that the original crossovers were built in 1993 and so were probably getting a bit old.
