help with htm1 placement, need ideas

    Hey all

currently changing things around again, i am having a hard time finding a stand to put a 60" LCD on and have my B & W HTM1 below it,

i could go plasma in a 50", but really don't want to do anything on the wall

if any of you have that huge center, would mucho appreciate pics of your setup, i have all the gear on a rack, with 1 meter connects, i am trying to avoid the expense of having to take all this apart and buy longer cables

if anyone wants to just send pics to me , my email is kholz64873@aol.com

    thanks

Always good to have a dedicated stand for the centre channel especially the HTM 1. Makes the sound much more lifelike and focused.
Check ot my HTM 1 it is also posted on the "Pictures of your setup.".

      Great Centre speaker.

I am using the Apollo Mezzo Soprano stand with 318 mm between shelfs for the HTM1 (excactly the same height as HTM1). Tight, but it works. Might be a problem if your screen is too heavy but it is worth checking out. Will post a picture when I get around to it.

'You haven’t lived until the ‘Jurassic Park’ T-Rex has screamed at you from a HTM1.'

FS-HTM HTM1 and HTM3S stand. Can they be tilted?
          by tdiciple
          Hi all,

I need some info regarding HTM3S or HTM1 stand. The FS-HTM. According to some website, they say that it can be tilted for between 0-8 degree. Is that correct?

Can anyone out there whom have the HTM3S verify this?

Also what is retail price for this...

          HTM1 Speaker Stand
          by gostan
I finally solved my Sony GWIII-HTM1 speaker placement issue by breaking down and purchasing the HTM1 speaker stand. My center channel is now at the proper height sitting directly in front of my monitor. I have readjusted all audio levels to allow for the fact that the center channel speaker is now...

Centre speaker placement with LCD TV
          by Alloroc
          Hi,

Got a dill of a pickle as Ned Flanders would say.

I've decided to upgrade my CRT TV to a 40" LCD. My pickle is where will I place my centre. It's a HTM-7 and it sits nicely on top of the TV. I have low and wide A/V unit. It's about 18" high but there is...

          Placement of the HTM1
          by Jeff
I have an HTM1 on loan from the dealer to go with my N802's. I was hoping to place the speaker on top of the TV with a special stand which I would mfr.
It's my hope to get center speaker off the floor and out of the way. I will add the speaker appears HUGE when sitting on the TV. Kind of unnatural...

HTM-1 Pictures of compatible furniture/mounting ideas
          by Blazar
I have been trying to decide between the htm1 and the htm2...

The main issue is that I would need to spend a ton on a new tv stand (45" widescreen lcd) or buy a new TV and mount it on the wall in order to get the htm1 to fit comfortable on a stand with any other gear.
