Has anyone upgraded the plastic phase plug's on their B&W speakers for a pair of aluminum or copper ones similar to the phase plugs used in the signature speakers?

I saw a lot of people using alummunium phase plug for their 803s and 804s. Can anybody tell me where I can get those phase plug?
And also is it really improves the performances of our speaker? -

Is it possible to remove the phase plug on a recent seas excel magnesium driver? How is it fastened?

I have 3 of the 4 drivers in my Dynamic 4T with an air leak around the phase plug. These have been used very little and have leaked since I installed them. Is this a common problem?
