      I will be playing thru my collection of Lena's LP's in her honor tonight.

      Her version of 'Stormy Weather' has always been one of my top ten ten favorite female ballads.

                  The best version I have ever heard, and there are probably near 20, is on a Mobile Fidelity release that belongs to my mentor and dear friend who many years ago first opened my eyes to 'High Fidelity'. The album is 'The Lady and Her Music'.
