    McIntosh Sold!

    No, this doesn't belong in The Pawn Shop forum.

    In my latest copy of The Absolute Sound there's an article on the Clarion corporation selling McIntosh Labs to D&M Holdings of Japan - the same company that now owns Denon and Marantz. Supposedly McIntosh will be a separately managed, separately operated entity. . .

      I really REALLY hate to see an American icon of a company sold to a foreign holding company. While it may not have negative impact on products at all, it's still sad, really sad.
