How to find manuals for the Marantz av-550

Does anyone know where to find manuals for the Marantz AV-550 pre/pro and the RC-2000 remote? Not the RC-2000-mkii

Are they not on Marantz's website? That's usually where to find them.

They are not... I even wrote to Marantz, the reply was "I am sorry I have nothing on this model. I even checked are archive files".

So I'm out looking for somewhere or someone that has the manuals for the AV-550 and the remote RC-2000, which is slightly different than the new RC-2000mkii.

Ah, sorry. Wow, are they really that old of models?

I believe the unit is 1998 or 1999

Have you searched ebay? All types of manuals surface there from time to time.

I'm hoping to find a copy on Ebay, no such luck so far.

Have you tried the Service center of Marantz?? They have all PDF files on all models for referral and for Q & A that customers might have!!
Can't believe what I am seeing and hearing ! doesn't make any sense ,as the make you have is as you say 1998-1999 then that is not too old at all ,so they MUST have a PDF copy of that manual.
Good Luck but something is fishy here!!!
