I am wondering if anyone has applied the latest firmware patch to their SSP-600. I am one revision out of date, and the new version description on the Classe website states that it includes a screen saver. I am wondering what this is all about, and also if anyone has ever experienced any problems as a result of upgrading the Classe units. Finally, are all of the settings retained, or does the unit have to be reprogrammed once the upgrade is complete? Thanks

Classe' has finally posted a firmware update for all of the Delta Series CDP's from the 102 and up on their web site addressing some of the long standing issues like boot times and first disc recognition from standby mode. However, a caveat to the upgrade is the introduction of other functional issues....
