Pre/pro recommendation othere than the RSP-1066 needed

I was planning on buying the Rotel Pre/pro RSP-1066 to match my 1095 amp, but I just found out that the 1066 does not have a headphone jack. I am amazed that a jack is not incorporated into the unit...why?
I don't want to purchase a seperate headphone amp.

Is there a Pre/Pro on the same quality level, Price and looks as the rotel?

I have never used headphones, but from what I've read on various forums the hp jacks on most recievers or preamps aren't the best sounding. If you use a quality set of a headphones a dedicated amp is recommended.

I actually dont know many other surround processors for the same value for money category than the RSP1066. Like the previous person said, quality of headphone jacks arent always very good and a good headphone amp isnt that expensive, it will give a better quality anyway.
