    BEN WEBSTER "SWEETS EDISON" Ben and "Sweets"

    I just finished listening to this Lp, I have to admit its been quite a while since
    I pulled it out of the archives, I've got to tell you guys this is a fantastic
    performance by these two. They are accompanied by,


    Hank Jones on piano
    George Duvivier on bass
    Clarence Johnston on drums

    has anyone else heard this??? its a great Lp

    Ben Hur(the 1925 and 1959) versions have finally been released on one 4 disc set. The first 2 discs go with the 1959 version and the 3rd disc is for the 1925 Silent version while the 4th disc is even more extras.
