    Mark's third solo album, The Ragpicker's Dream, will be released worldwide on the 30th September 2002. A promotional tour will commence in the Spring of 2003.       Picked this up in Best Buy yesterday. I didn't see the double-CD pack, tho'. It's a folk-oriented disc that has some nice music on it - kinda reminiscent of Woody Guthrie, but you can definitely tell it's Mark Knopfler (guitar and especially voice). This isn't my normal "cup of tea" but it IS a nice addition to the collection. It'll get more listens.
