Does anyone else enjoy -Mannheim Steamroller?

I have had a few of their CD's over the years (which have seemed to grown legs over the years). Anyway, I really do enjoy this group however, they don't seem to get a lot of publicity.

I do own theirChristmas Live DVD, which is an awesome 5.1 presentation. It's video is nothing short of stunning.

If you don't own this one, it is more than worth a rental for the holidays.

I'm not sure how many would have the room to try this (I do not). It does make a good read for all. Even those with great sounding rooms.

    Enjoy!

We all know (and hated) the treatment this dvd received for both picture and sound.

I realized last night that I have never listened to this with THX processing. When I first watched it with an older non-THX Dolby Digital unit, it was difficult to enjoy (the sound was that bad).

This movie was a real surprise. I expected to laugh a little but, was suprised to find myself laughing quite often, and extremely hard at times.

While the story was reaching (I mean, really reaching in a lot of spots), it was very entertaining. I never felt it was meant to be anything...
