    Crusin... To The Desert

Crusin to me would have to be when me, my daughter and my nephew (both in their late teens at the time) would cruise out to the desert for a weekend of camping and off roading. I would have most everything prepped by Friday afternoon and we would try to head out by 4:30pm or so. Typically the would be a stop at the grocery store, stop for some fast food or a pizza, and sometimes gas station. Once that was all accomplished we were on the road. Drive time towing was about 2.5 hours. There would be general agreement, disagreement, taking of turns regarding what we would listen to, but for whatever reason there was 1 cd that everyone understood and expected to be played sometime during the trip. I don't remember when it was made, why it was made, but it always made the trip and always was played on the way out. Good Times :T

Man On The Moon - REM
    Mr. Jones - Counting Crows
Crash Into Me - Dave Matthews Band
    Wishlist - Pearl Jam
Put You Lights On - Santana w Rob Thomas
    Classic Girl - Jane's Addiction
Otherside - Red Hot Chilli Peppers
    Epic - Faith no More
Come As You Are - Nirvana
    Machine Head - Bush
    Zero Chance - Sound Garden
    Supersonic - Bad Religion
    Where It's At - Beck
    Brand New Cadillac - Clash
    So Lonely - Police
Monkeyman (Live) - The Specials (Daughter hated this sone, so we always made a big deal when it played, sung along extra.... Big Big Monkeyman)
Watching The Detectives - Elvis Costello
    Tempted - Squeeze

(pay no attention to the green crate reference)
