    What's with the new release scheduled for april 12 on amazon.com??

    What's new? Different??

    I just orded the DVD and now they are offering a 25% discount on the new one, but i have no clue what's new about it...grrr...

    I wonder what their return policy is.....

      That appears to be a re-release of the older DD5.1 version. The best format right now is the DTS 5.1 w/Video or 2ch redbook.

      I'm waiting for the DVD-A/SACD release of HFO.

          Yes, I agree about the DTS version, too bad its foolscreen though, I would double dip if they came out with a widescreen version and get rid of the clunky DTS selection at the beginning of the video and allow audio track selection after it starts, what were they thinking.

              Doing some more research it appears that it has both DD & DTS....not sure if its widescreen or not. More research required...but I would imagine that it would be to warrant a re-issue.
