After a long hiatus, it looks like Nickel Creek is reuniting for a new album. Audiophiles will remember at least two other Nickel Creek discs which were reference quality, and available on multichannel SACD. This is one of the somewhat-rare combinations of also being REALLY good (bluegrass) music, making for that perfect situation where I can listen to really good music, and appreciate the very high quality recording at the same time.
Looking forward to hearing about this one, and hope it comes out on SACD as well. My pocketbook is tight right now, so I won't be able to do a blind purchase.
